Tax incentive laws

Your company supports, taxes fund it, the kids win.

Plug and Plus has projects approved under incentive laws at all three levels of government. In practice: part of the tax your company already pays can be channeled into game, robotics and app workshops for children in public schools, with a tax deduction and impact reports for your ESG agenda.

Rouanet

Rouanet Law

Federal · Culture Incentive Law

Companies taxed under the lucro real regime can direct part of the corporate income tax they owe to approved cultural projects, such as our game creation workshops, which bring together culture, technology and creative training.

ISS

Municipal · Service Tax (ISS)

In the cities where we operate, companies can direct part of their ISS to approved educational and cultural projects, turning a local tax into direct impact in the community.

Our own workshops · Edu Hub

Three tracks that turn knowledge into experience.

Active methodologies that build critical thinking, collaboration and problem solving. Each track has a flagship program, and everything is adaptable in content, hours and format for your institution, company or project.

Children creating games on computers during a workshop

Game creation

Students discover the architecture behind the fun (narrative, art, programming logic and player psychology) and leave with a game of their own, ready to play.

Flagship program

Gamethon Plug and Plus

An immersion event with ready-made assets where young people create games for the UN SDGs at full speed.

Educational robotics

Hands-on labs that combine hardware and software to solve real challenges, from the first circuit to a robot that moves, thinks and responds to the world.

Flagship program

Green Robotics

Automated systems with ecodesign and circular economy: low-impact technology, from where the components come from to how they are discarded.

App development

An agile prototyping journey with logic blocks and ready-made components: the focus is on the architecture of the solution and its social impact, not on memorizing code.

Inclusion and neurodiversity

Technology for every way of learning.

Plug and Plus has dedicated work for autistic and neurodivergent children, with a methodology of our own built for different ways of thinking and interacting. Games, robotics and digital platforms become concrete tools for cognitive, social-emotional and communication development, always respecting each child’s pace.

Our own platform · White-label

Our own educational platform

We have our own platform built for neurodivergent children: educational mini-games that build cognitive, social-emotional and academic skills, with accessibility and game design made for different profiles and learning paces. Because it is white-label, we adapt the platform to each client’s identity and goals, or build a new one, tailored to the audience you want to reach.

Talk about the platform

Autistic and neurodivergent children

We have our own methodology designed for different cognitive profiles: predictable routines, adjustable stimuli and achievements in small steps. Games and robotics become tools for focus, communication and self-regulation.

Personalized, accessible classes

Classes adapted for people with disabilities, with pace, language and materials adjusted to each student, including resources for deaf children.

Public schools first

More than 90% of our students come from public schools. Public schools are the priority because that is where we find the children facing the most financial and social vulnerability, the ones with the least access to technology outside the classroom. Social inclusion is not a debating point: it is the foundation of our model.

Unplugged programming

Device-free workshops bring logic and computational thinking to communities where infrastructure is still a challenge.

Global impact

In Congo, we trained 8 local teachers and brought educational innovation to 60 children. Our methodology crosses borders.

Connected to the UN goals

Every project is born linked to the Sustainable Development Goals. Our students create solutions for real challenges.

  • SDG 4 · Quality education
  • SDG 8 · Decent work
  • SDG 10 · Reduced inequalities
  • SDG 13 · Climate action

Frequently asked questions

What ages are the workshops for?

We work with children and teenagers aged 6 to 17. Content and pace change according to age. We also train adult teachers and educators.

What is the difference between the Network Hub and the Edu Hub?

The Network Hub is for organizations that want to create or scale network-wide impact projects: we handle the methodology, the management and the operation. The Edu Hub brings together our own workshops, in three tracks (Game creation, Educational robotics and App development), ready for schools, companies and projects to hire in whatever format they need.

Can the workshops be online or only in person?

It can be in person, online or hybrid. We adapt content, hours and goals to the reality of each group. For places with little infrastructure, we even have unplugged workshops that teach programming logic without a computer.

Do you work with autistic, disabled or neurodivergent children?

Yes, and it is one of the things we are proudest of. We have our own methodology designed for different cognitive profiles, with predictable routines, adjustable stimuli and respect for each child’s pace. Games and robotics become tools for focus, communication and social-emotional development. We also have our own educational platform for neurodivergent children, which can be adapted to each client’s identity.

Can my company use the projects as an ESG initiative?

Yes, and that is exactly why the Network Hub exists. We build social responsibility programs with measurable results, connected to the UN SDGs and carrying your brand’s identity. Our projects are also approved under tax incentive laws (Rouanet, ISS and ICMS), so part of the investment can come out of the tax you already owe.

Is teacher training included?

Yes. Every Edu Hub workshop includes teacher training, so the knowledge stays with the institution after the project ends.

What tools do students use?

It depends on the track. In game creation we use GameMaker, Roblox, Minecraft and 2D/3D engines. In robotics, educational and sustainable robotics kits. In app development, prototyping platforms with logic blocks.
